Fun Fact:
I received a partial college scholarship for volleyball but decided to further my education in Business Administration instead. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree within 3 years, so I could begin my career right away.
Someone once made a bet that I couldn’t get my archery license and if I ever did, they would buy me a bow. So I studied for two weeks, practiced at ranges, and was the first one in the class to pass the test just to prove you can do anything you set your mind to.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
Growing up, I was an active healthy kid, always in some type of sport every season. I suddenly was diagnosed with Diabetes – Type 1 at age 11. It was a bumpy ride trying to get used to exercising with diabetes. I developed a passion for wanting to help others with any challenges they may have as well, showing them there are safe ways to work out and stay healthy. No matter what age, I believe it’s never too late to begin taking care of your health; whether you want to bike 100 miles, or you just want to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. No matter how big or how small, I want to help you achieve your goals and show you it’s possible with patience and hard work. My style of training vary depending on your goals/needs. I can be your drill sergeant, or I can be your accountability buddy and someone you can count on to be there for you.
Vicky’s Success Stories
Rosanna F.
Thank you for outlining an exercise program just for me. My body is already starting to feel stronger. I am very thankful for your personal support; you have really helped me get toned and stronger. I never thought I could do the exercises/weights, but you never gave up on me and provided so much support. I love your determination and positive thinking. Even when I thought I could never do things, you ensured me to take little steps and that we would build up little by little. Of course, you were right, and I looked forward to our training sessions. Thank you for not letting me lose hope and always being positive.
