Why did you go into Personal Training?
I was born with a condition called congenital achromatopsia. It’s a visual disability in which my optic nerve never fully developed. So that coupled with my color blindness has provided me with my own host of challenges. I’ve always loved sports but couldn’t play a lot of them especially when they became more competitive. I began working out when I was thirteen; it was something physical I could do without having to see well. I enjoy helping people and working out, so Personal Training was a great match. Growing up with a disability, my friends and family have always been patient with me, I developed the same patience in working with my clients. Being disabled puts me in a unique position to put myself in my clients shoes if they have something that they have to really work through.
Chris’ Success Stories

Peg P.
I come from a family with considerable longevity. If I’m going to live long, I want to live well. Chris helps me train my core. He challenges me at every session. I lost a handful of pounds. More importantly, I gained strength. And, I gained a friend in Chris. I could not have done it without him.
Tony B.
Chris helped me lose more than 40 pounds over the past year through cardio and weight training, as well as encouraging me to eat a healthful diet. I gained mobility I have not had in years. I increased my endurance and strength. I am enjoying freedom from the debilitating weight I carried for so long. I am not considering knee surgery any longer because my arthritic knee doesn’t bother me anymore. At 43 years old, I feel great! Thank you, Chris, for your continued guidance!
