If I hadn’t become a Personal Trainer, I would have gone to culinary school to become a chef.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
I was born with a visual impairment called congenital achromatopsia. Growing up, I always enjoyed sports and was pretty athletic, but I eventually reached an age where I could not compete in organized sports. This is when I really got into working out. This career allows me to merge my love for health and wellness with my desire to help others. My own experiences with disability enable me to connect deeply with clients facing their own challenges, helping them achieve a fulfilling and healthy life.
