I used to be a ballroom dancer, and I love choreographing all kinds of dances for fun and for my Zumba classes. I also enjoy exercising and practicing martial arts to relieve stress.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
My purpose is to help and coach people safely to a healthy lifestyle. I always believe people have the inner strength needed to overcome challenges, and being a Personal Trainer allows me to be right there by their side to help them reach their goals and to remind them they are amazing.
