Why did you go into Personal Training?
I went into personal training because I grew up an athlete most of my life riddled with random injuries. What I did not know until I got to college was that many of them could have been prevented, or the severity of them could have been lessened had I been on a structured program based on my individual needs. I learned the importance of strengthening in proper movement patterns to address imbalances to live the best and most fulfilling life possible. My goal is for people to walk in the door feeling one way and to walk out feeling even better.
