Fun Fact:
I don’t play soccer anymore like I used to, I have been an official soccer referee for over a decade! I play with friends sometimes for fun. But to maintain my idea of athleticism, I love to work out and be active.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I played soccer growing up, and having my father being my soccer coach all my life, he slowly implemented ideas in the fitness realm, while I was growing up playing the sport. I stopped playing soccer after high school. I moved my soccer mindset into the fitness field and when working out—applying hard work, consistency, striving to better oneself, and trusting the process. It is better to have people know how to do things correctly, especially in fitness. My focus is utilizing the correct tools when implementing a workout so the client can benefit from the sessions appropriately. Fitness is a part of health, and being healthy is vital. Doing something is better than nothing regarding being active and staying fit.
