I am fluent in American Sign Language and Spanish. I also teach Kettlebell and boxing group fitness classes. I have a diverse background in mixed martial arts consisting of boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, amateur wresting, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. I also specialize in corrective exercises, functional movement and resistance training.
Fun Fact:
I am into indoor rock climbing, paintball, and enjoy hatchet throwing from time to time. Big fan of Mix Martial Arts, primarily the UFC as you may have already guessed.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
I went into Personal Training after substituting my coach’s amateur wrestling class at his Mix Martial Arts gym in 2012. After teaching the class, I felt training was something I wanted to do for my career. I have always been an avid exerciser and enjoy teaching others how to physically improve. For me there is so much satisfaction knowing I changed someone’s life for the better.
