Why did you go into Personal Training?
I developed a passion for fitness at an early age. After college, I was lucky enough to find a job at a local gym. I immediately gravitated toward the opportunity to teach and guide people along their respective fitness journeys. Once I realized how meaningful and impactful the work done by a Personal Trainer was, I became hooked and have never looked back.
Dan’s Success Stories
Peggy M.
After my back surgery, I felt I was broken and would never go back to having a normal life, much less being physically fit. Dan was beyond patient and listened to all of my concerns, and he told me he could get me physically active and strong again like I was before my back injury. I found it hard to believe because my physicians told me otherwise. Dan spoke at length with my physical therapist and doctors and devised a plan to get me back to working out. One session at a time, we have increased weights, reps, and changed the routine depending on how my back and pain levels were responding and having had a few setbacks physically. Dan never let me give up. Today I can say, I am stronger. I’m not intimidated by working out. Dan has taught me to trust myself and that I am stronger than I think. Aside from the aspects of physical fitness, Dan has also become an incredible friend, someone I tell all my business to. Our sessions are a mix of therapy, stand-up comedy, and a self-help and political podcast. If you are seeking a trainer to help you rehabilitate an injury. Look for further. Dan is your guy.

I began attending coaching sessions to enhance my performance in marathons and seek professional advice to achieve my goals. Dan was an excellent coach for me because of his vast knowledge, ability to make the sessions enjoyable, and approach to tailor them to my needs. My primary objective was to increase strength and flexibility and ultimately improve my marathon time, and Dan helped me achieve that. With his guidance, I discovered the importance of core and upper body strengthening in my running training. He challenged and supported me during 16 coaching sessions. Thanks to Dan, I was able to surpass my expectations and set a personal record at the Philly marathon, finishing in 4:07, which was 30 minutes better than my previous time. I felt mentally prepared and physically strong, and Dan played a significant role in making that happen. I highly recommend Dan as a personal coach; he won’t disappoint!
