I have been working with Dan for two years, and thanks to him, I have accomplished things in my workout that have amazed me. I aim to stay active during retirement while learning new fitness techniques. Dan has me on a regimen of working my upper and lower body with various exercises and equipment. He always keeps the sessions exciting and enjoyable. As I approach my 70s, it is great to have such an excellent trainer who makes me feel great. He is talented, supportive, and clear about his plans to help me achieve my fitness goals. Dan is an all-around class act, and I look forward to weekly training sessions.
