Why did you go into Personal Training:
I got into personal training because fitness completely changed my life. When I was 13, I weighed over 210 pounds and was at risk for diabetes, which made me realize something needed to change. I started exercising, training for Spartan races, and eventually fell in love with fitness. That experience motivated me to become a trainer so I can help others build healthier habits, gain confidence, and become the best version of themselves.
Fun Fact:
I enjoy rock climbing, snowboarding, and golfing in my free time, and I’m pretty confident when it comes to my spice tolerance.
