Why did you go into Personal Training:
I became a personal trainer because I genuinely enjoy helping people improve their lives. Growing up playing baseball, training and rehabilitation were a major part of my journey, especially while working through injuries. Those experiences taught me how important smart programming, proper movement, and patience are when it comes to long-term progress.
Achieving goals in the gym means a lot to people, and I do not take that lightly. With my background in performance training and my understanding of how the body works on and off the baseball field, I am confident I can positively impact others and guide them toward real, sustainable results while helping them build discipline, resilience, and confidence through fitness.
Fun Fact:
I worked at the US Open Tennis Championships as part of the ball crew.
Felix’s Success Stories
Ken P.
Started my journey as a 33-year-old dad with a crazy toddler draining my energy every day. Wanted to get my body and endurance moving right so I can enjoy the time I have with my family and kid. After over two months of training, my physical and mental endurance skyrocketed, and I felt strong and bouncy, doing workouts I would have never tried or even heard of on my own. It also never hurts to have good people to work out with to help you push past your limits. Felix, my guy for sure, and very grateful for how he’s helped kick-start my health care journey in a way that feels safe and sustainable, for years even when I’m old and gray.
