Sign your child up for our eight (8) week Youth Sports Conditioning small group training program.
Are you worried about your kids not being active enough?
We’re here to help! It is important for teenagers to be active daily. The recommendation for children and adolescents is 60 minutes of physical activity on most, preferably every day of the week.
Benefits of physical activity for adolescents include:
Building aerobic, muscle, bone density, and increase flexibility; relieving stress and anxiety and building confidence and self-esteem; and a team environment that promotes social interactions and leadership qualities.
Examples of types of activities included in the program are cardio and strength training, HIIT, mobility and movement, and FUN and sports activities.
April 30 to June 18
Sundays from 9:00am to 10:00am
Two age groups are available: Ages 8–12 and Ages 13–18
Pricing:
1-hour session: $290 Members І $370 Non-Members
Half-hour session: $154 Members І $234 Non-Members
