Why did you go into Personal Training?
I got into a car accident, which left me with a slipped disc and a disc herniation. I spent a year researching to rebuild my back to be pain-free. I also took that time to research hypertrophy and strength training to make the most out of training. I want others like me to have a pain-free lifestyle while being able to train. I love seeing my clients progress and achieve their goals.
