Why did you go into Personal Training:
I went into personal training because I understand the long-term value of health and the role structured exercise plays in maintaining it. Through experience, I’ve seen how consistent, well-coached training improves not only performance but also overall quality of life. Helping people access those benefits through intelligent programming and clear standards is what drives my work.
Fun Fact:
I live an active lifestyle outside the gym—off-roading, hiking, training jiu-jitsu, biking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my dogs. I make a point to maintain balance by prioritizing life beyond work and school.
