a medically integrated approach. an advanced program for athletes of all ages
Our Sports Performance Program offers individuals and teams the opportunity to improve skills and score their biggest win. All areas of athleticism are advanced, including: speed, agility, strength, endurance, and conditioning. Injury prevention techniques are the focus throughout.
Why our athletes succeed – Methodology.
The key to improved performance in sports is MOVEMENT, specifically how you accelerate, decelerate and change directions. Our training METHODOLOGY is defined as movement based training which focuses on performance enhancement and injury reduction. This methodology is organized into a training SYSTEM which identifies an athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, imbalances and needs, and addresses them in order to improve the athlete’s ability to move. This is accomplished by training all of the aspects relevant to improving movement in every session i.e. Speed and Agility, Strength and Power, Mobility and Flexibility, Neuromuscular Coordination and Conditioning.

Elementary Group Training
Ages 8-11. At this stage of sports training, the focus is on coordination, balance and general motors skills. An emphasis on having fun and working in groups, while at the same time building a foundation for sport, is the primary goal. Body weight exercises are the primary modality performed.
Middle School Group Training
Ages 12-14. Participants at this stage are learning proper movement mechanics that translate in improving speed and agility. The programming is more applicable to sport and conducted with the athlete’s goal in mind. Weight training is also introduced in a safe manner that is specific to the individual.
High School Group Training
Ages 15-18. During the final stage of the youth group programs, the athlete’s programming focuses on advanced techniques to improve speed, strength, and power while maintaining stability and mobility to reduce the risk of injury. The overall focus is for constant improvement, and if interested, preparation for college sport.
Adult Sport-Fit
This is a large group training class where everyone trains like an athlete and the same programming principals are applied but for the adult population. Whether the goal is for increased performance for a recreational sport or simply to regain some of the agility, coordination and power from your youth, this program could be for you. A lot of emphasis on warming up and cooling down properly is built into the program.
One on One Private Training
Any Age. Private sports performance training is for the athlete who desires a custom program catered specifically to their individual needs and specific sport. Scheduling is athlete specific and each workout is customized to build off of the one prior. This option is designed to provide the most flexibility for a long-term training program.
Combination Training
Any Age Combination Programs add both private training sessions and group schedule access together for a condensed, monthly program at a lower cost. The athlete will experience the team atmosphere of the group while still getting the individual programming of a private session.
