I would highly recommend Ashley as a Personal Trainer. She is personable, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable—especially when it comes to senior fitness. She helped me build not only physical strength, but also confidence and a better understanding of how to use gym equipment safely and effectively to achieve my goals.

Ashley is encouraging and knows how to push you without ever being overwhelming. When I felt stuck or hit a temporary plateau with my weight loss, she provided excellent advice and helped me move forward. One of my personal goals was to keep exercise fun, and she absolutely delivered on that. While the workouts were often challenging, I genuinely enjoyed them and usually had fun.

She always listened to my concerns and addressed my individual needs. I started working with Ashley in April 2025 at a starting weight of 172 lbs. By the time we finished at the end of October, I weighed 154 lbs, and I am still maintaining that weight as of January 2026. The weight maintenance is a direct result of her dedication, support, and expertise. I am truly grateful for the progress I made with her guidance.
