When I first started coming to the gym. I needed to work out, and I met Brian for the first time. I started working out and exercising again because I was overweight, and I needed to be healthy and exercise more than 5 days a week. I enjoy working out on my own, but I have a trainer for my Monday afternoon session with Brian. I am so grateful that he pushes me and teaches me how to do machines I’ve never done before in my life. I was happy that I got Brian to do exercises and get better, balancing exercises to get better and stronger overall. I think he has been training me for 4 years, and it’s very good for me to learn all the exercises. I mostly work out with my gym friends and myself. I am just so grateful to get healthy every day. Brian is my #1 trainer and does an amazing job with me. I am always happy to see the progress and how much weight I’ve lost. I enjoy talking with my trainer about things.
