I was not new to the Center when I met Cynthia. I had been coming for a while, just working out randomly and trying different things, but I did not really know how to schedule and program my body to get the results I was looking for. Cynthia showed me what I needed to work on and how often I needed to work on my whole body to get the desired results. She incorporated weights, which I was previously apprehensive to do. She showed me a safe way to do weights and the functionality of the different machines in the facility, which is fantastic. Now, when I walk in, I have a plan! I know what I am working on that day and what I want to achieve. My workouts are much more enjoyable now, thanks to Cynthia’s expertise. And she’s always in a good mood, which is such a plus!
