Brian has worked with me for over a year to help me grow my muscles and stay in shape. He has been very thorough in my training and has continued to challenge my strength to maintain it.
He and I work two times a week for an hour, and this seems to be enough for me to stay in shape. Brian continues to challenge me, and I enjoy the work. He is very good at maintaining consistency in my training and always challenging me to do more. I enjoy working with Brian because he is very pleasant to work with. I plan to stay with Brian for the long term as I am very pleased with his approach to my health.
