My schedule at work changed from working days to working nights. I was super tired with no motivation to go to the gym and didn’t go for a little over a year, causing me to somehow lose weight instead of gaining…and I ate horribly. When I finally got my schedule switched back to days, I tried going on my own but I just was getting frustrated. I found Eric and everything changed. He helped me gain the confidence and drive I needed to get back into it. He is passionate and very knowledgeable in training of all types. Thanks to Eric, I’m back in the gym full force. My goal was to gain weight and muscle, and was able to do it. I put on 1.5 lbs of muscle in a month and a half, and I’ll keep on going!
