A comprehensive exercise and conditioning program for those struggling with chronic back pain.
The Back to Life Wellness Program offers research-based support for those living with chronic back pain (pain that lasts more than three months). Pilates Reformer, mindfulness, and functional exercises are taught in this dynamic program, along with other self-management skills.
