Even though I understand the importance of exercise, I probably would have stopped working out if it weren’t for Brian. His thoughtfulness and attentiveness keep me engaged as I try to navigate aging as gracefully as possible. I appreciate how he checks in with how I’m feeling at the beginning of each session, always has a plan, and is quick to notice and adjust me if I’m not performing an exercise correctly, even if it’s something minor. Working with him has given me more strength, especially in my core and arms, and is something I look forward to each week. Brian is also very upbeat and sweet.
