Six months ago, I stepped into a consultation with Dan as a casual 5K runner with a big dream: to one day run the NYC Marathon. He didn’t just hand me a plan; he gave me his time, his expertise, and his unwavering belief in me. With Dan’s guidance, I discovered that running is so much more than putting one foot in front of the other. It’s a science of nutrition, breathing, recovery, sleep, and trusting the process when the miles feel long. He met me where I was and helped me get to where I wanted to go. By October, I was hitting milestones I never imagined: a new personal best in the 5K, my first 10K, and back-to-back half marathons. But the real magic happened on November 2nd — I ran my first World Major Marathon, and it was beyond anything I ever dreamed! Dan didn’t just train me; he educated me, supported me, and, most importantly, believed in me even when I wasn’t sure I could believe in myself. Because of him, I not only achieved a bucket-list goal, but I also transformed my mindset, my habits, and my confidence.
