Can spend half a day at this place! Fantastic gym, with top of the line equipment, upstairs sports training area with turf + kettlebells. The salt water pool, and dry/wet saunas are my favorite!

This is a world-class gym with all the amenities. It has a crew that is constantly maintaining and cleaning the facility. The staff is friendly and it has the latest exercising equipment. When I workout at the gym I feel like a pro athlete because of state of the art equipment, Olympic size pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool and the turf on the second floor. The best part is the Childcare section which is open all day unlike other gyms and it’s free with retired caretakers and teachers watching your child. I’ll give this place 5 stars easily!!!

BOB VANORE

Our Triathlon Champion, Bob Vanore is an inspiration!

Congrats to member Bob who won for his age group amidst a heat wave in the NJ State Triathlon! Bob is a physical therapist at a special needs school. He knew how to overcome his own shoulder, knee, and foot injuries, including with therapeutic exercises during his daily commute. Upon arrival at the Center, he was warmed up and ready to tackle his workout!

Bob’s success makes us proud. He credits the Center for his motivation, as well as his wife, Thelma, who is a marathoner and also a former state triathlon podium finisher.

Bob we cannot wait to see what you accomplish next!
