Bachelors in Exercise Science from Montclair State University
Training for sports by improving speed, agility, strength, power, and cardio-respiratory endurance.
Improving the quality of daily life through the development of balance, posture, strength, and weight loss.
I am a nationally recognized Ski Patrol member and work as a first responder at a local resort. I am part of the Mountain Rescue team at the same resort in the summer. I may be the one rescuing you if you are injured skiing in the winter or downhill mountain biking in the warmer months!
Why did you go into Personal Training?
We must constantly work on the well-being of our mind, BODY, and soul to build a foundation of happiness. I have found that exercise was the missing ingredient that helped foster my healthy relationship with all three. I have spent many years developing my understanding of exercise and want to pass it on to others in their search for happiness.
