Jennifer uses various techniques in her fitness programs, including functional movement training, proprioceptive/sensory integration, balance exercises, and Pilates. She is experienced in post-rehabilitation fitness for those with orthopedic issues. Jennifer enjoys working with all age groups; however, seniors hold a special place in her heart.

George taught me how to swim with patience. I’m not the best, but I do know how to swim. Most importantly, he helped me with the fear of deep water where you cannot touch the bottom.
