Why did you go into Personal Training?
I value the science of movement and exercise. Through proper programming, we have the power to utilize exercise to see changes in how we look, how we feel, and how we perform. This ranges from athletic performance to activities of daily living. I want to guide others into experiencing the endless benefits of exercise, and the amazing opportunity to achieve their health and fitness goals through it.
